What a great find! Our garage door came unhinged from the rails, and it was a matter of time before this 18' door collapsed on my car. Jesse P. was sent over to save the day! He was very professional, explained to me the situation and gave me the amount of what it would cost to fix it. In addition, he suggested I change the rails on the entire garage door if I wanted to eliminate the noise. He wasn't kidding, my garage door for the past decade always sounded like Jacob Marley's chains in Charles Dicken's, A Christmas Carol. I always thought that noise was normal. Boy was I wrong! Ha! Now, my husband can come in through the garage and not wake up my 19 month old since the garage door is so silent. He upgraded me to a lift master that I can operate from my vehicle and I feel like I am up to date with the tech society. Thank you Jesse and thank you Precision for giving us such excellent service.

We had two new garage doors and openers installed and couldn’t be happier! Rick was very thorough and meticulous with his work. Our original doors were over 40 years old and very noisy....these doors and openers are extremely quiet. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Rick Coleman this morning when he came to our home in Washingtonville, NY to assess the repairs that might be able to be done to the broken spring on one of our garage doors. Rick took the time to explain everything to me as he reviewed the situation, and then make recommendations on how our problem could be remedied. He also was very gracious about letting me call my husband and then getting on the phone and talking to him so i did not have to relay all of the information he shared. My garage door looks awful. The tech used screws too long and stick out about an inch. Now it's going to take a week before a supervisor comes to asses the damage
