For both the estimate and the installation, the Precision Door workers communicated when they would arrive and arrived on time. The estimator/salesman (Damian) was very helpful, friendly, and promptly responded to follow-up questions. At the installation of the door, Malik and Paul were absolute professionals. They did great work and were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the performance of Precision Door on the purchase and installation of a new double door with a new wall-mounted belt opener, which is amazingly quiet.

I just used Precision for the second time and their responsiveness and service was supurb! I called on a Sunday for a potential problem and they had a technician (Tyler) at my home the following day. My motor and chain drive was failing and within 90 minutes I had a brand new unit installed that operates better than the original. Tyler was great and explained everything including loading and setting up the app on my phone. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues. They are fantastic!....nick c

Team Precision Door, I'd like to express my appreciation with the professionalism provided by Malik and Paul with this afternoon's installation of my new garage door. Today was a COLD one, 18 degrees with a wind chill of -5 at times and Malik and Paul did not miss a beat. Both are specialists at their trade, from disassembly to the build of the new door. They were polite, respectful and informative throughout the process. When the job was complete, they provided a run down of the work performed and a system check to include programing of the new remote. On top of that, they did an excellent clean up job. I’d like to add Mike to this who provide the estimate as well. Precision Door, you have a great team… Thanks, Steve

Robert was very informative about my options and provided estimates for future work as requested which I received immediately via email for my consideration.

Our two garage doors were not working properly. One had a broken mechanical arm and the other would stop multiple times while trying to either open or close it. I contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Sarah from Customer Service assisted me. She was polite and professional, and immediately scheduled a same day appointment. The speed with which that occurred was impressive. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He immediately accessed the situation and took the time to explain our multiple problems in a courteous and professional manner. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He presented a few options and upon selecting the one suitable for us, completed all repairs with precision. We are very satisfied with his work at our house. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. I will definitely use Precision again. This was a great experience. Thank you Sarah and Luke.

Our garage door was not moving up or down properly, so I contacted Precision Door Service. Ethan, our technician, arrived promptly and kept in communication with us prior to his arrival. He carefully assessed the garage door to determine the problem. After reviewing several options, we decided to purchase a new garage door motor. Ethan showed us options for garage door motors, and within 2 hours we had a fully functioning garage door again. Ethan went over each bolt and roller to ensure the garage door will work for years to come!
