EXCELLENT on all counts!!! Appointment was scheduled quickly. Email and text updates are well designed and extremely informative. Our technician, Jared, called to let us know he was on his way. Jared was very polite and super competent. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door opener, installed the required circuit board and wall controller. After the install, the second garage door refused to cooperate! Jared again went into troubleshoot mode and solved the problem! We are very pleased with the customer service and the work performed. Jared even tweaked the alignment of the door rail. We will not hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door Service, should the need arise in the future!!!

Quick response. 4 hour window for appt is never ideal, but Jessie called to let me know progress, which allowed me to do an errand while waiting. Knowledgeable and professional service. Explained issue and made recommendation, which we went with and because they carry equipment with them, it was replaced on the spot. New opener is light years better than the old one was!
