They took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few!) and walked through my options in a non-pressured way. I am also super impressed with Precision’s services that were “ancillary” to today’s visit—prompt, frequent, informative texts confirming my appointment and tracking technician arrival time, and quick connection to a human being when I called (just yesterday!) to make an appointment. Great service! Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Anthony, the technician assigned to us, was courteous, practiced all the appropriate Covid protocols, had great communication, preformed the repair without trying to sell us unnecessary parts or service and had the door working better than before it broke.
