What a great find! Our garage door came unhinged from the rails, and it was a matter of time before this 18' door collapsed on my car. Jesse P. was sent over to save the day! He was very professional, explained to me the situation and gave me the amount of what it would cost to fix it. In addition, he suggested I change the rails on the entire garage door if I wanted to eliminate the noise. He wasn't kidding, my garage door for the past decade always sounded like Jacob Marley's chains in Charles Dicken's, A Christmas Carol. I always thought that noise was normal. Boy was I wrong! Ha! Now, my husband can come in through the garage and not wake up my 19 month old since the garage door is so silent. He upgraded me to a lift master that I can operate from my vehicle and I feel like I am up to date with the tech society. Thank you Jesse and thank you Precision for giving us such excellent service.

What a great service! It was 4 degrees out and Jesse arrived when expected even though it was a cold Saturday morning. The work needed was explained to me before starting, I was told how much the work would cost and he set to work! The door now works beautifully and I can get my car out!
