Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs,cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. No more going through the side door, lol. Thanks Precision and Daniel of course.

Jesse Peligri is polite, very respectful, and courteous. He is absolutely an amazing technician. He is caring and he is a skilled professional. I was pressed for time and Jesse was most efficient with the time management, without compromising on the quality of his workmanship he did a quick installation of my garage door's new opener system. Anthony was great! He was on time, thorough, and honest. When he saw that all that was wrong with a a new garage door opener that I installed was only a safety switch, he just fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me which he could’ve just for coming out. Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card. Afterword I spoke with the neighbor who gave great review of the service as well as the competence and politeness of the tech man. So I decided to give Precision a call. Dan came by and assessed and replaced a rather old garage door system. He was very professional, efficient, explained all options, and also identified a spring that was in need of replacement.
