Precision Door Service of Hudson Valley was AMAZING! Customer Service Rep. Beth took my call, answered all my questions AND got me an appt. the same day! I received texts AND a phone call with updates, prior to arrival and Alan Ramirez and partner were early and completed not 1 but 2 garage doors within the time quoted! They were very polite, friendly and went over my problem areas and what would be best for our 2 car garage doors. They showed me how all worked and we tested them out perfectly. I am VERY happy with the job, as we've never had either garage door serviced in the 5 years we've been in this house. They were also very warming to our Goldendoodle Chloe, who rarely gets to meet new people. WONDERFUL JOB & EXPERIENCE today!!! Very professional company. A real person answered the phone and I believe it was after 5pm! He was very courteous on the phone. The next morning Luke showed up and presented all my options. I had called Precision Door to have someone take a look at my garage door, which was squeaking when it closed. Roberto arrived on time, and was very professional as he checked out my problem. He did some preliminary checks, and then he greased some parts of the motor, which he thought would solve the problem. Unfortunately, none of his solutions worked to solve the problem. Roberto then discussed with me some more options that might solve the problem. All in all, it was a good visit, as Roberto was honest and did not try to upsell me on any of the solutions at that time. I would highly recommend Precision Door for their honesty and integrity to anyone wishing to have an electronic garage door system installed or repaired.

We badly needed to have our garage door repaired or replaced. I called a different company and they took over 2 weeks to stop by for my "free" estimate. They then mailed me a bill for $108. I called a 2nd company and scheduled a time for an estimate. They never showed up. Twice. Then I called Precision Door Services. They set up my appointment immediately and followed up with texts and emails to confirm. Every person I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Competitive pricing and great communication. When the day came for our installation, Isaac called with 30 minutes notice and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.

Highly recommend this company. Received an appointment within a day. Excellent communication, received confirmation texts re appointment from Ryan and a follow up call the next day. Jesse called to say he would promptly arrive in 15 minutes. Explained to Jesse my garage doors were 20 years old, garage openers worked intermittently, lights not working, keypad was non responsive, noisy & slow on opening. Jesse was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all my options, had all the issues fixed in 20 minutes. Absolute pleasure to deal with Jesse and this company. Thank You so much for your top class customer service and speedy response.

Just want to give Precision Garage a positive review for their service. Called last Saturday and they were able to get a technician out the next Saturday to replace our 10 year old Genie garage door openers (both fried after a power outage at the same time!). Luke was the tech that came out and he is excellent! Never tries to oversell and never rushes the inspection and explanation of what will be done. Fair price and excellent service. Wish more local businesses were this hassle free to work with.

Making an appointment was an easy process- and since it was “an emergency “ I am grateful they were able to accommodate me quickly.
