Precision Garage Door Service sets the gold standard for customer service—better than any local or multinational company I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, their focus on the customer experience was unmatched. Their responsiveness was immediate, and the day-of communication was clear and proactive. Brian, the technician, was incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to solving the problem efficiently. It’s rare to see a company so dedicated not only to providing top-notch service, but also to creating a thoughtful, seamless experience for their customers. Their follow-through was flawless. I genuinely wish every company operated at this standard of excellence. Truly a unique and exceptional company. Highly recommend without hesitation.

We were very impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door service starting with the very first step with an appointment with their Door Designer, Michael Pleu. Our garage door opener failed early this summer so we researched companies and chose Precision to provide us with an estimate. We decided to give them our business right away without getting any other estimates because of the prompt, courteous and professionalism he displayed. We also decided to replace our 27 year old garage door since we had been discussing doing so before the failure of the GDO. Good price and great service!

Thank you very much for responding promptly to my request regarding the garage door repair. Kyle was a very professional and knowledgeable technician—it was a real pleasure to deal with you. As the house is six months old, I am trying to get help from the general contractor, who I hope can fix the door. If that attempt is not successful, I will definitely reach out to you for the repair. I will also be happy to recommend your services to any of my friends. Best regards, Andrzej

I'm lucky to have contacted the right place first! From start to finish, Precision Garage Door Service exceeded all my expectations. Looking for a prompt response to your inquiry? Check. Want an easy-to-navigate website that takes you where you want to go without delay? Check. Want an appointment sooner rather than later? Check. And then, the text follow-ups, the clear communications about who to expect, when they're on their way, and even a photo of the person soon to arrive. I couldn't have asked for more. Daniel was excellent, providing answers to all my questions and helping me decide which options suited my needs best. Thanks, guys! You did an excellent job.
