Precision Service was beyond my expectations. Called them for help with garage keypads not programming. The scheduler gave me an appointment within 48 hrs. of calling them. Isaac, the technician, called before arriving. He listened to my issue, gave me a few repair options to choose from, and explained everything. He completed the repair timely. Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac,the tech,was great. Since it wasn't the simple fix we thought, on our over 20 year old garage door, he explained everything thoroughly and gave us 4 estimates to consider,explaining each in detail. As we proceed with the motor replacement my husband, who is a mechanic, is confident that the estimate of the job is fair and trusts the expertise of the Precision techs.

Precision Overhead had installed my garage door openers a few years ago, and based on the outstanding service they provided then I recently contacted them when one of the units needed repair. Again, I had an excellent experience with the company, and in particular the technician, Daniel Flores. Dan arrived just a few hours after I called, and quickly diagnosed the problem, which called for replacement of the motor head. He swapped out the unit promptly, and Precision Overhead handled the warranty issue with no input from me. Dan also was a great help in reprogramming a bunch of remotes, including the one in my car. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and very efficient – really everything you could ask for in a technician. Thanks to Dan, and to the office and other service staff at Precision, I'm totally sold on this company for all my garage door needs.

Malik called ahead to tell me when he was arriving. He arrived as scheduled and reviewed the work order and gave me an opportunity to ask questions and share any other details before starting. Malik started with the work installing the new doors and motors right away and continued until it was completed. When completed he spent some time reviewing the set up and operation of the remote pads and demonstrated the safety features. The work was neatly done and all packaging and old materials were taken away. The doors look great and operate well.

Dan was great. Called early to give me his ETA. When he showed up I explained the issue. It took him about 30 minutes to resolve the issue. After he finished he went over the work and helped set up the keypad code.

Kyle was so pleasant, so considerate, and so not pushy about getting the work done. My problem was that my remote opener that lives in my car, wasn't working. When he arrived (after letting me know that he'd be a little late) he noticed that the whole system was 20 years old, and needed help. Yes, he could've just gotten my remote to work again, but he pointed out cables drooping, the "clicking sound", and a few other things, and common sense said to me, fix everything! So no more droopy cables and wires, no clicking, and the other things that got updated, and my remote is in my car, where it lives, and it works!
