The garage door technician (Orentino Bugallo) that installed our new motor is very honest, respectful & very accomodating on answering our questions. Our service tech, Tino, was a true professional. He was thorough and very detail oriented in his explanation of the problem and how to fix it. He gave me options and no pressure. He also did fast, neat and effective work. My doors now work perfectly, and quietly again. Beyond the work, Tino was a pleasure to chat with. It's nice doing business with nice people. Highly recommended.

The service tech was very polite, however for the replacement of two torsion springs the price was three time the average cost. That’s really taking advantage of customers!!!!!! Zero Star rating.

7/19/21 Precision overhead had enough of an existing excellent reputation that choosing any other company would have been just foolish. Master technician Louis arrived as scheduled, assessed the necessary issues and began working immediately. My antiquated circa 1996 door opener was finally being replaced. Louis was highly knowledgeable and had my new door opener operational within an hour’s time. If you’re a customer who is considering shopping other companies just don’t…. You’ll waste your time. Precision is the final word. Ask for Louis.

I had 2 Doors installed this morning, Malik arrived on time and finished within 15 minutes of his estimated time of completion. Malik was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. When the installation was finished, he gave me a complete walk through of the operation of my new doors and he reconnected my existing door openers...I will be a Precision Door customer going forward..

The technician was on time, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair our dislocated track because it had been attached to concrete, He explained that we needed a contractor with specialized tools to do repair properly. Because he was unable to repair he also said there would be no charge. I will definitely call again if future work is needed.

The service was exceptional. We did not have to wait long for someone to come out and replace our garage door opener. Ferdinand was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He also completed the job in a timely manner.
