Precision Garage Door Service is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. From the receptionist taking calls to the technicians coming to my home, they never disappointed me. I have used this company three times over th past two years with two different technicians and it was superior service--"going beyond" to serve the customer. Once the appointment was booked, I was reminded of the appointment and received a text message when the tech was on his way. I could trace his progress in a simple link on my phone. They sent a picture of the tech and a short bio, so I had a better idea of who was going to be helping me. The tech looked over the problem and then gave me an estimate of the cost BEFORE doing any work. No haggling--it it was, as he said it would be in the beginning. I upgraded an old Liftmaster with a chain to the newer band method. I love that it is quieter than the old model as the tech had predicted. Tech was kind and polite. He listened to my questions and explained everything clearly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various options I had, so it was easier to make a choice about the purchase. I felt glad to write a check to this company--which is something I can't say about ANY of the other services I have used over the past 15 years of owning my home. Bravo!

On-site reps were fantastic: on-time, pleasant, professional. Doors are older so expected some additional issues to arise and need fixing, but not so. Problem resolved in under an hour, for a reasonable price. ML also provided information for planning future maintenance. Very impressed and pleased, would absolutely recommend to anyone needing service or installation.

Wednesday, December 13, 2023 Brian called to give us his ETA and was right on time. Brian pulled up to our garage and at once got out of his truck and identified himself, shook my hand, introduced himself to my husband and asked how can he help us? When I showed him the garage door he said he could fix it with sincerity of eyes, eye contact and with confidence. In my heart, I thanked the True God, Jehovah, someone we could trust! My husband asked how long would the job take and to explain everything step by step and that's exactly what Brian did. Brian gave us three options, said he would fix what we asked, yet gave us his expert opinion explaining safety hazards and improvements we need to consider. When someone who knows his kraft can point out possible safety hazards and explain how to keep my family and me safe, I'm all for it. That's exactly what Brian did. Brian assured us he would fix our garage door and wouldn't leave until we were satisfied. Brian gave us a time frame and he stuck it,. Including clean up as well. Brian was very courteous, friendly, professional, helpful and neat! My husband and I are very satisfied with the professional job and quality work Brian did for us. And last but not least, I want to thank Sara and Elizabeth for promptly scheduling the job and allaying my fears and anxious care. Assuring me of Precision Garage Door expert technicians experience. The prompt texts, emails and reminders helped as well. Now, I can get some sleep tonight. Thank you Precision Garage Door Company from two happy customers. Gordon and Margie???? PS: Thank you too, John, for giving me a courtesy call letting me know Brian was delayed at another job, but that he would come!!! Now I know why. Brian won't leave a customer until he/she is fully satisfied with his work.

Jesse was able to come earlier than the window of time offered (which was helpful to us). He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was completed properly. When I saw the invoice after workman left it was odd to see 100% of job cost allocated to materials and 0% to labor. I imagine the installation is built into the materials cost (not inexpensive). Happy to get job done.

Brian serviced my garage door. I received a call prior to his arrival and it was within the times given to me when I scheduled the appointment. My garage door opener was not working and he informed me of the problems. He was prompt, respectful and worked diligently to repair my door. In addition, I needed new springs, rollers, and cables. He also took the time to reprogram my other remote door openers. He checked my husband's opener, added safety cables for the springs and loosened the belt to hopefully avoid the same problem from happening to his opener. He followed up on the service and we have been pleased with the job that was completed so far.

I could not be more pleased with Precision. They kept me informed from the time I ordered until it arrived and set up the appt.to install. The installers called me 3/4 hr ahead and showed up right on time. They were very polite, efficient and business like. They had to remove the old wooden door and install all new parts for the new one. They were done in 2 hours and called me to check the work; all was perfect.
