The garage door breaking on a Sunday night caused so much stress, and while the repair was an unexpected cost I hadn't planned for, Precision's service made a stressful situation much easier. Scheduling was very easy online, text updates were sent, and Dan, the technician, called when he was about 30 mins away. Dan offered three options of varying cost which felt like I had choice and control over the situation. I'm thankful for the courteous, professional and thorough service. I highly recommend Precision. Dan was excellent!

Isaac was, first off, very apologetic that my service call hadn’t been prioritized, as my car was stuck in the garage all day.
