Completely satisfied with the service we received today. The Rep contacted us in advance to let us know what time he'd be here. He arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to find out the issue. He communicated clearly and was able to fix the door within an hour. Our door is super quiet for the first time ever! We will contact Precision again for any necessary repairs or when we need new doors. We had an overall great experience. I highly recommend them!

It’s a co that’s very prompt and amazingly efficient. Ferdinand Kazimov was my technician. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He’s very professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I had springs and rollers installed. I thought the price was a bit steep. However, I’ve never had my garage door serviced. I guess part for the cost is due to the inflation that we are all facing today. Overall, I would certainly call them again. Absolute PERFECTION!!

Very quick response by your company. From Beth who took my call and your tech, Tyler, who did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and offering 3 solutions to solve it. I chose the 3rd option to have the complete repair so the door is completely repaired with warranty. I also got the Veteran discount offered by Precision. Our garage door ceased working late in the day on Wednesday. Precision Garage Door Service had someone there the next day to fix it. Luke and his new assistant, Matt were amazing. They explained clearly what was wrong and gave us options for repair. Once we chose the option we preferred, they proceeded to fix it in a very reasonable time. Precision Door Service of Hudson Valley was AMAZING! Customer Service Rep. Beth took my call, answered all my questions AND got me an appt. the same day! I received texts AND a phone call with updates, prior to arrival and Alan Ramirez and partner were early and completed not 1 but 2 garage doors within the time quoted! They were very polite, friendly and went over my problem areas and what would be best for our 2 car garage doors. They showed me how all worked and we tested them out perfectly. I am VERY happy with the job, as we've never had either garage door serviced in the 5 years we've been in this house. They were also very warming to our Goldendoodle Chloe, who rarely gets to meet new people. WONDERFUL JOB & EXPERIENCE today!!!
