I was very pleased with the response to my call after 5 p.m. on Friday, 5/12/2023, and actually talked to a real person. Shannon was very understanding to my need to get the car out of the garage. The next day, Matt Lawrence arrived with a completely supplied truck. He evaluated the situation and gave me some options to repair. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went to work and completed the job in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to work with such friendly people. For both the estimate and the installation, the Precision Door workers communicated when they would arrive and arrived on time. The estimator/salesman (Damian) was very helpful, friendly, and promptly responded to follow-up questions. At the installation of the door, Malik and Paul were absolute professionals. They did great work and were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the performance of Precision Door on the purchase and installation of a new double door with a new wall-mounted belt opener, which is amazingly quiet.
