Daniel came and assessed the situation with my old garage opener. It didn't work at all. He explained that he could try and I chose to replace it. I am happy with the new opener. Daniel was courteous and informative. Would definitely use Precision Garage Door in the future.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and made an online appointment for the next day after the main spring broke on my garage door.I soon received a text form the manger, Rob asking for a bit more detail, which I provided with a photo of the broken spring. Dan form Precision the following day and was very thorough with explaining the fix and cost. I had the springs replaced about 6 or 7 years ago by a different company and was surprised that the spring didn't last longer. Dan was was informative and respectful of the other company's work but in the end It was my understanding that a heavier duty spring should have been used. Which is what was installed this time. My entire dealing with the company was very positive and I would recommend them for garage door repairs.

Daniel came to fix my garage door, which was not opening or closing completely.He was very courteous and polite. He explained all the questions that I asked to my satisfaction. He provided several quotes with the work that would be provided. I chose the best quote for my budget that would fix the main problem. I was very grateful for that. He stayed after the work was done to see that everything was in working order.

My installation experience in Dec 2023 was excellent, and this was the first service call I needed since installation. Dan did a fabulous job. I had the motorized lifts for both garage doors changed as well as the springs, all the wheels, etc. My garage doors never worked so well. Precision is expensive, but I am happy with the results. I highly recommend them and Dan.

Precision never disappoints. I called the day before and Brian arrived promptly the next day to replace my faulty keypad. He also noted the crack where the hook attaches in the garage door and recommended that it be fixed since the springs were 20 years old and putting stress on the motor. I appreciate that Brian was able to fix everything on the spot and didn't have to come back another day saving me a potentially more expensive job in the future. It's clear that Precision values excellent customer service and has a friendly and professional business model. Highly recommend Precision !!

Needed professional garage door service today, so the hunt began. Looking through the website, Precision had excellent reviews, so I gave them a call. After calling two local garage door companies in my area, one did not return my calls and the other never showed up for the appointment, I checked out Precision.
