After several attempts at trying to reach more local companies with no success, my intelligent daughter did some quick research and found you . She called- spoke to a dedicated scheduler and I was lucky enough to get a next morning appointment for servicing. Appreciated the confirmation messages and the call one half hour or so prior to service technician arriving to work on the door. Tyler and your Company met more than my expectations. Pleasant, explained what was wrong and what could be done with several options to fix the garage door. Basically, one of the main springs broke and the door could not lift or descend. Totally unusable. Within two hours, Tyler had the door functioning to full capacity and I am an extremely pleased customer. I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Thank you.

Fantastic job by Kelly on the phone scheduling my appointment for the next day and explaining the service. Then Tyler came and did a excellent job explaining the service choices after his inspection. After I chose an option Tyler said it would take about an hour or so to finish. Before the hour was up Tyler was done, the door worked like new. Tyler is a very competent and courteous technician and no mess when he left. Job well done!

My technician Matthew Lawrence was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to repair my garage doors and also replaced my key lock which had not been working for years! He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time to do things the right way and answered all my questions. Our two garage doors were not working properly. One had a broken mechanical arm and the other would stop multiple times while trying to either open or close it. I contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Sarah from Customer Service assisted me. She was polite and professional, and immediately scheduled a same day appointment. The speed with which that occurred was impressive. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He immediately accessed the situation and took the time to explain our multiple problems in a courteous and professional manner. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He presented a few options and upon selecting the one suitable for us, completed all repairs with precision. We are very satisfied with his work at our house. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. I will definitely use Precision again. This was a great experience. Our garage door was not moving up or down properly, so I contacted Precision Door Service. Ethan, our technician, arrived promptly and kept in communication with us prior to his arrival. He carefully assessed the garage door to determine the problem. After reviewing several options, we decided to purchase a new garage door motor. Ethan showed us options for garage door motors, and within 2 hours we had a fully functioning garage door again. Ethan went over each bolt and roller to ensure the garage door will work for years to come!
