I just used Precision for the second time and their responsiveness and service was supurb! I called on a Sunday for a potential problem and they had a technician (Tyler) at my home the following day. My motor and chain drive was failing and within 90 minutes I had a brand new unit installed that operates better than the original. Tyler was great and explained everything including loading and setting up the app on my phone. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues. They are fantastic!....nick c

Team Precision Door, I'd like to express my appreciation with the professionalism provided by Malik and Paul with this afternoon's installation of my new garage door. Today was a COLD one, 18 degrees with a wind chill of -5 at times and Malik and Paul did not miss a beat. Both are specialists at their trade, from disassembly to the build of the new door. They were polite, respectful and informative throughout the process. When the job was complete, they provided a run down of the work performed and a system check to include programing of the new remote. On top of that, they did an excellent clean up job. I just love your company and the young man Matthew who took care of my service call. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and couldnt have been nicer. He explained everything to me as to what happened to my old garage door and explained every option i had to fix things. He completed his work in the bitter cold with a smile on his face. He is a very valuable employee and represents your company with politeness and humor. He is a keeper and i will request him in the future. Thank you for the quick and efficient service.

After several attempts at trying to reach more local companies with no success, my intelligent daughter did some quick research and found you . She called- spoke to a dedicated scheduler and I was lucky enough to get a next morning appointment for servicing. Appreciated the confirmation messages and the call one half hour or so prior to service technician arriving to work on the door. Tyler and your Company met more than my expectations. Pleasant, explained what was wrong and what could be done with several options to fix the garage door. Basically, one of the main springs broke and the door could not lift or descend. Totally unusable. Within two hours, Tyler had the door functioning to full capacity and I am an extremely pleased customer. I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Thank you.

Fantastic job by Kelly on the phone scheduling my appointment for the next day and explaining the service. Then Tyler came and did a excellent job explaining the service choices after his inspection. After I chose an option Tyler said it would take about an hour or so to finish. Before the hour was up Tyler was done, the door worked like new. Tyler is a very competent and courteous technician and no mess when he left. Job well done!
