As always, excellent service! My light on my liftmaster wasn't working. Isaac came out to fix it for me and gave my garage door a checkup. Isaac did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I picked Precision for my garage needs. They did the garage doors at my old house and this one too. I've had this one for 5 years and other than the light have had no issues whatsover. Precision Garage Door was great start to finish. Easy service appointment process on their website. Next day service available. Clear communication with office and service tech via email confirmation, text and then a phone call when he was on his way. My service technician was Jesse Peligri. He arrived exactly within the appt window, actually a few minutes early, and was friendly and professional. My wife had accidentally backed into the garage door and bent the bottom panel, weatherstrip track and bottom right roller hinge. Jesse was able to bend back, add some through bolts and screws. Door restored to full operation in less than 1 hour. Super happy with work done.
