Highly recommend them. Cera who answered the phone was very attentive to my problem and I was pleasantly surprised that I got a Sunday morning appointment when calling Saturday. It was not a emergency but still not many companies offer Sunday service. Tyler the technician was prompt courteous and professional. Explained everything that would be done. Our tech, Luke, arrived well within the specified time limit, repaired our door efficiently and professionally, as well as explaining the problem and our options for repair (without upselling). Our belt broke on our lift master garage door that was quite old. Precision's tech Robert Zuniga was super professional and extremely helpful. He quickly gave me pricing options and explained the benefits and costs of each choice. He assisted with other garage door issues we were experiencing at no additional cost. He did a quick job with the new installation and removed the old equipment saving me the hassle. Precision is very tech enabled with their service updates by text and made the entire experience very easy.

Matthew Lawrence was a Godsend. He came to evaluate what was happening to my Garage Door in a timely manner.He took his time to examine the situation and provided a detailed explanation of what was happening. He also was able to provide a quote of what would be needed in the near future to keep my doors functioning at optimum levels. He was very professional and most important he was patient and kind. Completely satisfied with the service we received today. The Rep contacted us in advance to let us know what time he'd be here. He arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to find out the issue. He communicated clearly and was able to fix the door within an hour. Our door is super quiet for the first time ever! It’s a co that’s very prompt and amazingly efficient. Ferdinand Kazimov was my technician. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He’s very professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I had springs and rollers installed. I thought the price was a bit steep. However, I’ve never had my garage door serviced. I guess part for the cost is due to the inflation that we are all facing today. Overall, I would certainly call them again. Absolute PERFECTION!!
