The repairman, Luke, arrived on time with a text and phone call alerting me when he would be arriving. The text included a photo so there would not be any confusion. Luke was polite, professional, efficient and explained the repair to me in detail. I am pleased with the result and grateful for the work he performed.

I was impressed with Precision from the moment I spoke with the representative on the phone to schedule an appointment. Now that I experienced the work done by Jesse Peligri, I know I picked the best place for me. Jesse was professional yet warm and friendly. He was more than knowledgeable as to the products and their functions. He was patient with my questions and a true joy to meet. I give the whole experience and Jesse a 5 plus!

I did not know Precision. I took a chance. The first good sign was the receptionists who was very polite. She said next week was the earliest. I asked if we could have our repair the next day. She said "I will try". After waiting a short time she arranged for the next AM. Perfect. Luke arrived right on time, was very professional, informative, polite and friendly. Again a perfect combination. I would not go anywhere else.
