This was a repair within 24 hours on Christmas Eve Day, 2024. I very much appreciate the rapid, professional service. This repair task was done efficiently despite 2 inches of snow on the driveway. This was the second time I called Precision Overhead Garage Door but for a different issue. I called this morning around 8:30 AM and Jesse arrived around 10:30 AM. Jesse arrived on time (early), made a point to understand what the issue was, and communicated the steps he would take to diagnose the problem. After each step, he updated to me on his findings and made his recommendation for the next step, after clearly explaining why. All in all my garage door was repaired and up and running quickly. He helped me reprogram my WIFI enabled garage door too. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.
