I had 2 Doors installed this morning, Malik arrived on time and finished within 15 minutes of his estimated time of completion. Malik was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. When the installation was finished, he gave me a complete walk through of the operation of my new doors and he reconnected my existing door openers...I will be a Precision Door customer going forward..

The technician was on time, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair our dislocated track because it had been attached to concrete, He explained that we needed a contractor with specialized tools to do repair properly. Because he was unable to repair he also said there would be no charge. I will definitely call again if future work is needed.

Our technician, Luke , arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with the garage opener. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the opener and was courteous and professional throughout. He was very helpful too in setting up our vehicles with the garage door remote access . Our service guy arrived within an hour and was great! He got our car out and gave a quote for a full repair and also mentioned available coupons to use for the repair. They seem to take their covid precautions seriously. We would definitely call again with any garage issues!
