Luke Stachura and helper Chris did a fantastic job today! Not only did they arrive early (basically unheard-of these days), but they were attentive and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few!) and walked through my options in a non-pressured way. I am also super impressed with Precision’s services that were “ancillary” to today’s visit—prompt, frequent, informative texts confirming my appointment and tracking technician arrival time, and quick connection to a human being when I called (just yesterday!) to make an appointment. Thanks again! You are model to your peers!

Called with a problem with the outdoor keypad installed in 2018. They had someone out within 24 hours. The tech asked if I wanted a full lub and inspection. Great idea. Love this company. Highly recommend!

Great service! Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Anthony, the technician assigned to us, was courteous, practiced all the appropriate Covid protocols, had great communication, preformed the repair without trying to sell us unnecessary parts or service and had the door working better than before it broke. Highly recommend, a company is only as good as the people who work for them and they seem to employ the best.

I called for a minor warranty repair/adjustment. The technician, Luke, came when he said he would. He explained what the problem was and how he would correct it. Did the adjustment in 10-15 minutes and was on his way. He was courteous, competent, and VERY professional. In fact I find your entire organization very professional. Yesterday the spring on my garage door snapped. Within less then 24 hours the repairs were completed by Chris. All new hardware was installed. Chris was kind and explained everything to me. I ended up getting both garage doors repaired. They are quiet and look brand new. Chris was able to complete the work efficiently and professionally and was very informative. I would definately use Precision in the near future. And all installation came with a 5 year warranty at no additional cost. Thank-you Chris garage doors run amazing Heidi
