Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Ferdinand. The whole process was so smooth. I called for an appointment on Tuesday and Ferdinand came promptly on Saturday. He did all the work in no time. I was extremally happy. So happy that i just scheduled to come back to do work on my pother garage door.

Highly recommend this company. Received an appointment within a day. Excellent communication, received confirmation texts re appointment from Ryan and a follow up call the next day. Jesse called to say he would promptly arrive in 15 minutes. Explained to Jesse my garage doors were 20 years old, garage openers worked intermittently, lights not working, keypad was non responsive, noisy & slow on opening. Jesse was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all my options, had all the issues fixed in 20 minutes. Absolute pleasure to deal with Jesse and this company. Thank You so much for your top class customer service and speedy response.

Just want to give Precision Garage a positive review for their service. Called last Saturday and they were able to get a technician out the next Saturday to replace our 10 year old Genie garage door openers (both fried after a power outage at the same time!). Luke was the tech that came out and he is excellent! Never tries to oversell and never rushes the inspection and explanation of what will be done. Fair price and excellent service. Wish more local businesses were this hassle free to work with.

Our service tech, Tino, was a true professional. He was thorough and very detail oriented in his explanation of the problem and how to fix it. He gave me options and no pressure. We badly needed to have our garage door repaired or replaced. I called a different company and they took over 2 weeks to stop by for my "free" estimate. They then mailed me a bill for $108. I called a 2nd company and scheduled a time for an estimate. They never showed up. Twice. Then I called Precision Door Services. They set up my appointment immediately and followed up with texts and emails to confirm. Every person I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Competitive pricing and great communication. When the day came for our installation, Isaac called with 30 minutes notice and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.
