Vince D, the Service Supervisor, came to the house to do the estimate for a "new garage door and opener." He was not a salesman; he looked at the situation and gave us what WE needed. One of the first things he told us was that we didn't need the door (which two other companies had tried to sell us on). His repair/replacement of the existing door's hardware vs a new door saved us $800. He explained everything in great detail so we knew what we were buying and then spent all the time we needed after install to understand how the new door opener/remotes/keypads all operated. One of my top 3 best sales/installation experiences.

Vince the garage door tech arrived promptly at the agreed time. Friendly and curtious. He explained to me the basic workings of the garage door and what needed to be replace. The guys arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. One door needed repair and the other needed a whole new opener.
