Daniel Flores was a very professional technician and a great representative of Precision. He contacted me prior to his arrival . He investigated problem with current Garage Opener and recommended different options to resolve problem. I opted for the install of a new Garage Opener. Daniel installed a new Garage Opener and upon completion reviewed all aspects of the install with me and answered questions I asked. I would definitely recommend Daniel Flores for anyone’s Precision door needs!!

Dan came by and assessed and replaced a rather old garage door system. He was very professional, efficient, explained all options, and also identified a spring that was in need of replacement. We’ve now had both our garage door systems installed by y’all. We are completely satisfied and will be sure to recommend you to our neighbors and friends. Thanks for the piece of mind.

Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs, cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. No more going through the side door, lol. Thanks Precision and Daniel of course.

Precision is an amazing company and I highly recommend them for any garage door needs. Everyone, from schedulers to repair personnel are extremely professional, courteous, and proficient at their jobs. Not only were they punctual, but very efficient at performing their work, but never sacrificing quality or thoroughness. We were especially pleased with their communications during the entire process, including appointment reminders and follow up. Great company, great people, and very fair prices.

Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.
