Daniel was an outstanding technician and representative for Precision. He contacted me prior to arrival. He ask questions about my garage door problem and inspected the door and opener. After review he provided me with options. I opted to have a new opener install. He gave me different models of openers and explained there differences. He installed my new opener efficiently and reviewed the install and instructed me on how to operate the unit. He was highly professional and great to work with!!

Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs,cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.
