My garage door opener stopped working. I tried watching YouTube videos and reprogramming the opener, to no avail. I called Precision and was able to set up an appointment the next day, with a four hour window. The next day, I received a text advising that the technician would arrive within thirty minutes. Daniel was friendly and informative. Since the opener was thirty years old, I wasn’t surprised that it had to be replaced. Within an hour, the opener was installed and works perfectly.

Dan was great very nice, knowledgeable and knew was he was doing he did a great job. The company’s rates though are way too high. I would’ve been fine with a $50 torsion spring from Home Depot instead of a $420 one. I understand the truck comes fully stocked with all the parts but that’s a big price jump. Dan was great though! Just maybe not the companies prices. The 5 star review is for the work that Dan did.

Thank you Dan for fixing my garage door! Dan was pleasant and very knowledgeable about how to fix my problem. He gave me 3 options and explained each one. He fixed the problem and went over what he did. My door opened and closed smoothly and I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!

Scheduling was quick and asked if they could show up early before coming out. Dan trouble shot the problem we were having and narrowed it down to a bad sensor. It was quickly replaced with quality material and workmanship.

Dan came within 24 hours and fixed my broken cables and replaced other parts. The communication was excellent with a company and with him. He is a gem. They are lucky to have him working for them. It was quick and easy. One star less for the cost. What we are held hostage when our garage door won’t open and we are at risk of it falling.

Daniel was on time, and introduced himself upon arrival. I described the issue to him, and he was completely attentive. He had several questions prior to the repair. The door controls had to be re-programmed, which took Daniel approximately 30 minutes to redo. He made several suggestions for us to follow. He was completely professional in his advice and service. Thank you sincerely, Edward & Daniel Reyman

Precision Overhead had installed my garage door openers a few years ago, and based on the outstanding service they provided then I recently contacted them when one of the units needed repair. Again, I had an excellent experience with the company, and in particular the technician, Daniel Flores. Dan arrived just a few hours after I called, and quickly diagnosed the problem, which called for replacement of the motor head. He swapped out the unit promptly, and Precision Overhead handled the warranty issue with no input from me. Dan also was a great help in reprogramming a bunch of remotes, including the one in my car. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and very efficient – really everything you could ask for in a technician. Thanks to Dan, and to the office and other service staff at Precision, I'm totally sold on this company for all my garage door needs.

Prompt, friendly, clear explanation and what felt like honest recommendations, and solid work. Our technician said we could expect many years of problem-free garage door functioning, and we're counting on it! Would definitely use this service again (though certainly hope we don't need to). Thanks!
