Dan came within 24 hours and fixed my broken cables and replaced other parts. The communication was excellent with a company and with him. He is a gem. They are lucky to have him working for them. Precision Overhead had installed my garage door openers a few years ago, and based on the outstanding service they provided then I recently contacted them when one of the units needed repair. Again, I had an excellent experience with the company, and in particular the technician, Daniel Flores. Dan arrived just a few hours after I called, and quickly diagnosed the problem, which called for replacement of the motor head. He swapped out the unit promptly, and Precision Overhead handled the warranty issue with no input from me. Dan also was a great help in reprogramming a bunch of remotes, including the one in my car. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and very efficient – really everything you could ask for in a technician. Thanks to Dan, and to the office and other service staff at Precision, I'm totally sold on this company for all my garage door needs.
