Daniel was great! We had a cable/spring failure after one of our rollers jammed. He inspected the issue thoroughly before beginning to work on replacing the hardware and was communicative at each step. It looks to be in great shape now.

Dan did a great job of fixing and then installing a new opener for my door. Dan gave me numerous options with different price points and and informed me of the pros and cons of each option allowing me to make the right decision for what I needed. He arrived when they said he would and he was very professional, and knowledgeable about his product. I highly recommend both precision garage doors and Dan for any garage door work that you need to have done

The garage door breaking on a Sunday night caused so much stress, and while the repair was an unexpected cost I hadn't planned for, Precision's service made a stressful situation much easier. Scheduling was very easy online, text updates were sent, and Dan, the technician, called when he was about 30 mins away. Dan offered three options of varying cost which felt like I had choice and control over the situation. I'm thankful for the courteous, professional and thorough service. I highly recommend Precision. Dan was excellent!

Honestly, can’t even find the words to express my gratitude. Dan arrived and was so friendly, he listened closely to the issues I was having. Thoroughly inspected the door with me present and explained to me exactly what was wrong. Additionally, he was very honest and upfront about my options and thoroughly explained it all. He worked extremely hard, completed the work the same day and walked me through the maintenance process. I will be using him again in the future for my garage door needs! Thank you!

Daniel Flores not only did a wonderful job of getting my garage door opener up and running, he was able to come earlier than was expected. He asked lots of questions so he had a clear idea of what the opener was and wasn't doing, as well as doing a very thorough job of testing it himself. Daniel explained the options I had of ways to fix the problem clearly so I could make the choice that worked best for me. Thank you, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for sending Daniel to me!

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and made an online appointment for the next day after the main spring broke on my garage door.I soon received a text form the manger, Rob asking for a bit more detail, which I provided with a photo of the broken spring. Dan form Precision the following day and was very thorough with explaining the fix and cost. I had the springs replaced about 6 or 7 years ago by a different company and was surprised that the spring didn't last longer. Dan was was informative and respectful of the other company's work but in the end It was my understanding that a heavier duty spring should have been used. Which is what was installed this time. My entire dealing with the company was very positive and I would recommend them for garage door repairs.

Daniel came to fix my garage door, which was not opening or closing completely. He was very courteous and polite. He explained all the questions that I asked to my satisfaction. He provided several quotes with the work that would be provided. I chose the best quote for my budget that would fix the main problem. I was very grateful for that. He stayed after the work was done to see that everything was in working order.
