From the moment I called Precision things went smoothly, and a fast appointment was set. Technician Daniel F was punctual, professional and neat. He assessed (2) garage door issues and gave me options. For the job he completed I'm very pleased and would highly recommend him and Precision for your next Garage Repair. OUTSTANDING!

Daniel F. from Precision Garage Door Service is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Daniel arrived promptly, assessed our old wooden garage door, and provided us with options for a garage door opener. Once we chose the best option, Daniel immediately began installing the garage door opener and along the way he explained the function and maintenance of each part. Daniel also recognized safety hazards with our old springs and cables and provided us with safer options. While Daniel was testing our newly installed garage door opener, he discovered one of our original tracks was out of alignment, and then quickly fixed the problem with a permanent solution. Daniel's ingenuity and expertise is invaluable, especially since he is so kind and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Service Technician Daniel F. for anyone's garage door service needs. Five Stars!

Daniel Flores was the representative who was dispatched to complete my work. He was professional and honest. He was transparent throughout the process and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was knowledgeable and a great representation of this company.

This was a repair within 24 hours on Christmas Eve Day, 2024. I very much appreciate the rapid, professional service. This repair task was done efficiently despite 2 inches of snow on the driveway. I would especially like to thank the Technician Daniel. He professionally evaluated the situation and did the repairs. As a former manager, I recognize that Daniel is an asset to your business.

Very happy. Daniel was so professional and nice. When gave estimate that was higher than expected he came back after reaching out to his team to reduce the cost. That meant a lot to see they care about the customers wallet esp at this time of year.
