My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.

Well the new doors are ordered now and they will be installed 2-4 weeks. The 2 workers that came to analyze my situation Danny and Kyle were very respectful and very knowledgeable they explained everything to me and I decided to go with new doors. They were great taking measurements and explaining everything to me. And Rob also was texting me which I thought was very helpful also. All together so far it is a very good experience for me. Everyone is very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Dan was punctual and knowledgeable. While initially we were just replacing a broken cable, we decided to take preventive measures and have the springs and some other parts replaced. Dan was pleasant and worked efficiently to complete the job. He kept us informed every step of the way and gave good advice. We would certainly request him again for any problems. Thank you , Dan, for a job well done.

Dear Mr Bensko, I wish to take this opportunity to tell how fortunate you are to have Daniel as an employee to your organization. Daniel is NOT a five star rating he is a ten. He was knowledgeable, calm in resolving my garage door situation, kind, provided details of costs, walked me throughout the entire work process with ease while working and more importantly a trouble shooter which resulted in you having a satisfied customer. I can’t begin to express my satisfaction and thanks to you for sending me Daniel, especially in an age where workers come rush and do not care about their customers. Daniel is truly an exception employee and worker. Again I thank you!!!! Evelyn Pemberton

Dan was great! He showed up even earlier than scheduled (after checking I'd be home) and got right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was pleasant and professional. Precision always shows up right away and both practitioners I've had have been fantastic. Highly recommend this company.

Dan came by and assessed and replaced a rather old garage door system. He was very professional, efficient, explained all options, and also identified a spring that was in need of replacement. We’ve now had both our garage door systems installed by y’all. We are completely satisfied and will be sure to recommend you to our neighbors and friends. Thanks for the piece of mind.
