I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with my service! I called for a repair to my 20-year old doors/mechanism that had only been serviced once in that time and were malfunctioning. Jared was EXTREMELY patient in working through the options and costs with me and when we were through, I decided to get new quiet belt drives. I am blown away by how much of an upgrade and difference this mechanism is! My old doors were old and were rattling, but yet, I've kept the same doors but now they are smooth and as quiet as a mouse due to the new belts. I can't believed I lived with the old mechanisms for 2 decades. I called and got an appointment next day which fit perfectly in my schedule. very well run biz is my thinking. as I needed help after the recent blackout that rendered my garage door inoperable,because I was unable to reconnect the door opener to the door and couldn't manually lift the door open.I made request for service online and received telephone call from this service fairly fast and made appointment which was confirmed by email very fast also.on the afternoon of the appointment the technician assigned to me Jared Wentzel called me to give me approximate time to when he could work on my door and called me again later while driving on his way to my house.Jared quickly identified the problem and solved it but also explained what had gone wrong and educated me as to how I could deal with such problem with the particular door involved as well as with my 2nd working garage door.he was professional,respectful and pleasant in dealing with me and inspected the condition and operation of both doors then printed my bill on his mobile computer only charging me the minimum which was for the service call.I am impressed and recommend both precision door service and Jared Wentzel and will seek their help again with any problems to do with garage doors and openers

Jared arrived to see our garage door right on time, and even called ahead to let me know he was coming and when. When I told him I would like a new door and motor, too, he brought out some flyers and explained exactly what was involved from soup to nuts! He was very helpful, and of course, being concerned with how much it would all cost, he was very specific and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even the most simple ones that I felt that I should know! But being new to all this, I very much appreciated his knowledge and experience.
