Tech called on time and did a detailed inspection of the door and correctly IDed the problem: not a broken torsion spring (my diagnosis) but an old mechanical system needing replacement which he did in 13 degree weather in under 2 hrs!. This place gets 5+ stars as a rating. I have never seen a business be more responsive to a customer’s needs. In less than a half hour from my call requesting assistance, I received a call back from Jesse the technician from Precision. This guy really knows his stuff. In addition to getting to the house in under an hour from the time of my call, Jesse completed installation of a new garage door opener in no time at all. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are miracle workers when it comes to garage door issues.

EXCELLENT on all counts!!! Appointment was scheduled quickly. Email and text updates are well designed and extremely informative. Our technician, Jared, called to let us know he was on his way. Jared was very polite and super competent. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door opener, installed the required circuit board and wall controller. After the install, the second garage door refused to cooperate! Jared again went into troubleshoot mode and solved the problem! We are very pleased with the customer service and the work performed. Jared even tweaked the alignment of the door rail. We will not hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door Service, should the need arise in the future!!!
