You can tell when you are dealing with a good company by the people the hire... Again, i have to tell you Rick C. did a Great Job and he is a great guy.

Precision's website gave me a feeling that it was a professional outfit. It showed that the company has seriousness to it, more meat than the meat-color. My door problems were diagnosed to be due to bad pulleys and rollers. While I accepted that but I rejected the sparse three month warranty on the installation. After discussion the company gave me the desired one year warranty. Jared was professional. Let's see how the work holds. I recommend that the company give at least one year warranty on all parts.

We chose Precision because they had such good customer reviews. They scheduled our visit quickly at our convenience. We have a 2 car garage but only had 1 garage door opener (that was 19 years old). Prices were reasonable including installation so we decided to purchase 2 belt drive units and they are much more quiet than our previous unit and working out great. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

About 7 months ago we had major work performed on both garage doors by Precision. Our experience was outstanding. On Friday 7/20 one of the safety eye wires became disconnected. It was 5:45PM and we called the office. The office answered promptly and made sure we understood what we needed to do to lower the door in a safe manner. The service person told us Rick C. would arrive Saturday between 2 & 4PM & would call 30 minutes before arrival. Rick called as promised and arrived on time. He spent time explaining what needed to be adjusted and then completed the work to our satisfaction. Rick was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any and all work needed. Rick serves as an excellent example of Precision’s customer oriented philosophy.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called on a Saturday morning and was given an appt that very day. Tech was pleasant and honest, gave me a couple of options and explained each with no pressure to go with the more expensive option. Would def recommend.

If we could give a ten star rating to Precision, we certainly would! Jesse was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and technically proficient. He explained in detail what was needed to repair our garage door cables, springs, and other mechanics. As an aside, the day before, a flying spring had crashed next to my husband. It could have resulted in a possible fatality. Jesse strongly recommended checking the equipment periodically for safety's sake. Since we will be selling our home soon, we will transfer Precision's warranty to the new owners to keep them safe. The sticker is posted under the garage door opener! Thank you Precision!

Precision Door Service was excellent and my technician, Jared Wentzel was outstanding! He called to notify me of his arrival, he was on-time, he reviewed the situation and made the proper recommendations and he repaired my garage door very quickly and left my garage clean. I recommend getting their rebuild package with the 10yr warranty...for a little more money you receive a complete rebuild and years of protection. I highly recommend them - Nick in Middle Hope.....

I called Precision and they came out the same day. I've never had a call back on the same day from anyone so we were impressed. Jared checked and troubleshooted the system . Upon replacing parts it was determined that a new unit was needed. Jared worked on the unit into the evening to make sure we were satisfied We now have a new system and hope to have it for years to come. Jared was a real Pro. Thank You!

He replaced the extension springs and insulation on door bottom and checked everything out to see things were in working order and explained everything as he went along. Great experience all around. Old house, old garage, ancient garage door, no opener - no problem from sales to installation. Installation of a new door and an automatic opener (woo hoo!) took less than a day. The price was really a shock - less than $2000. for the whole thing! I should have done this years ago! Highly recommend this company.

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with my service! I called for a repair to my 20-year old doors/mechanism that had only been serviced once in that time and were malfunctioning. Jared was EXTREMELY patient in working through the options and costs with me and when we were through, I decided to get new quiet belt drives. I am blown away by how much of an upgrade and difference this mechanism is! My old doors were old and were rattling, but yet, I've kept the same doors but now they are smooth and as quiet as a mouse due to the new belts. I can't believed I lived with the old mechanisms for 2 decades. I called and got an appointment next day which fit perfectly in my schedule. Thank you for the phenomenal advice, service and professionalism. I will be sure to recommend you going forward.
