Tech called on time and did a detailed inspection of the door and correctly IDed the problem: not a broken torsion spring (my diagnosis) but an old mechanical system needing replacement which he did in 13 degree weather in under 2 hrs!. I am very pleased and you should take great pride in your staff.

Doug....Let me start by saying....THANKS... Your staff helped me so much at a very difficult time...being unable to get out of our garage, due to a broken torsion spring, I called your company. Jennifer, hearing my emergency, went out of her way to ensure I was helped. Her support and dedication brought Luke to my house within one hour of my call. Luke, who was finished for the day, came and saved us from a night of being unable to get out and to keep critical medical appointments. His professionalism and dedication resulted in a complete top-notch repair less than four hours from my original call. Thanks to these folks my wife was able to receive necessary medical attention her illness required. While your website showing same day service and Orange County coverage drew me to call, it was people like Luke and Jennifer who made this a great experience while lending a helping hand at a very critical time...THANKS SO MUCH....Bob Sansky

This place gets 5+ stars as a rating. I have never seen a business be more responsive to a customer’s needs. In less than a half hour from my call requesting assistance, I received a call back from Jesse the technician from Precision. This guy really knows his stuff. In addition to getting to the house in under an hour from the time of my call, Jesse completed installation of a new garage door opener in no time at all. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are miracle workers when it comes to garage door issues.

EXCELLENT on all counts!!! Appointment was scheduled quickly. Email and text updates are well designed and extremely informative. Our technician, Jared, called to let us know he was on his way. Jared was very polite and super competent. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door opener, installed the required circuit board and wall controller. After the install, the second garage door refused to cooperate! Jared again went into troubleshoot mode and solved the problem! We are very pleased with the customer service and the work performed. Jared even tweaked the alignment of the door rail. We will not hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door Service, should the need arise in the future!!!

The technician was terrific; the communication was terrific; the price was terrific.
