Precision Doors delivers a superior product with outstanding install. The technicians are all knowledgeable, professional, and selected for their talents in customer interactions. All questions were answered completely and to our satisfaction, and the craftmanship exceeded our expectations. Our installation technician, Anthony, even adjusted our existing garage door openers to mate perfectly with the new doors. He was extremely disciplined in his COVID-19 protocol adherence, wearing his mask the entire time of the visit, even when outdoors while working on the exterior of the garage doors with no else around. Highly recommend this company!

Working with the staff of Precision was not just easy but actually enjoyable! Their incredible staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and we were NEVER pressured to buy or given short shrift because they had another call to make. I definitely LOVE my new doors, and we paid less than I'd budeted for the project, which speaks to the value we got for our money. Honesty, if I could give them six stars, I would.

I am very impressed with this company. They are professional at every level. From the initial contact with arranging an appointment to the communications via text/e-mail confirming the appointment and then notifying you who is coming with their picture when they are on the way. They went above and beyond in letting us know that the technician was running late and when he came after the 4 hour window, they even called to let us know that the service call would not be charged. Our technician was Jared Wentzel who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest when describing what needed to be done and did a great job redoing the springs/cables on our single garage door. I would not hesitate to use this company again if the situation required their services.

Over the years we have used Precision Garage Service twice. Once to install two new automatic systems and the other to fix a loose safety eye wire. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. So, having them come to do routine maintenance on the doors proved again to be an excellent experience. The technician Xavi R. called to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what work he would be performing. Xavi asked if we had any questions or issues he could address and then worked carefully and expeditiously. When he was finished he showed us exactly what he did and again asked of we had questions. Xavi was courteous, humorous and ensured he followed all the new Corona virus protocols. My highest compliments to Xavi and Precision Door for ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction remain their primary goals.
