Tech called on time and did a detailed inspection of the door and correctly IDed the problem: not a broken torsion spring (my diagnosis) but an old mechanical system needing replacement which he did in 13 degree weather in under 2 hrs!. Luke, who was finished for the day, came and saved us from a night of being unable to get out and to keep critical medical appointments. His professionalism and dedication resulted in a complete top-notch repair less than four hours from my original call. This place gets 5+ stars as a rating. I have never seen a business be more responsive to a customer’s needs. In less than a half hour from my call requesting assistance, I received a call back from Jesse the technician from Precision. This guy really knows his stuff. In addition to getting to the house in under an hour from the time of my call, Jesse completed installation of a new garage door opener in no time at all. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are miracle workers when it comes to garage door issues.
