Precision Garage Door is an amazing company. My call was answered immediately, and my door fixed the same day! Brian my technician was not only professional but personable as well. He explained in layman’s terms exactly what needed to be done and why. Less than an hour later my garage door was working perfectly! Would. It hesitate to call them in the future and also highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

Anthony was great! He was on time, thorough, and honest. When he saw that all that was wrong with a a new garage door opener that I installed was only a safety switch, he just fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me which he could’ve just for coming out. I will definitely be using precision garage doors in the near future when I purchase my new garage doors.

Very pleased with Lindsay setting up our appointment. The technician called and arrived promptly. He checked into the problem we were having. He explained all the possibilities and answered our questions. We decided and were very pleased knowing that everything he needed was in the service truck. He explained everything and went to work. Before we knew it, the work was done. We were very pleased with Jeffy’s work and the set up. He explained everything very carefully. Thank you, Kathy and Tom Pflugbeil

Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card. Afterword I spoke with the neighbor who gave great review of the service as well as the competence and politeness of the tech man. So I decided to give Precision a call. I never expected to get a service call so quickly, Jesse was there within the hour. He was abslutely great, he was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. He serviced my doors completely. I'll definitely be spreading the good news. Thanks again and a special thanks to Jesse.

The garage door opener wouldn’t close for my wife while I was away. Within 24 hrs of calling on my return, Precision had a technician to our home!! The opener was put through a full set of tests while the technician explained each to me while they were being run. The final adjustments were also explained and the opener was back in business, all within 20 minutes!! Thank you Precision for your qualified and respectful team. Your quality products, service and staff are amazing.

Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.

This was the second time Jesse has helped us. We purchased a new garage door opener with camera and remotes. Jesse was very helpful and patient. He called when he was on his way and he was here about an hour. I would highly reccomend Precision to anyone and Jesse is just the best.

Jessie got here at the beginning of the 4 hour window. He noticed a few safety issues right off the bat. He gave me a breakdown of what could be done, I went for it all, I trust him. Repairs were made very quickly. I couldn't be happier knowing that the garage door is safe. Thank you Jesse and precision garage door.

I always have a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Never been disappointed with Precision every time we call for garage door service. The staff who picked up my call on 5/2(forgot to ask her name) - thank you - you are very accommodating and helpful. The technician - Daniel is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful, took time to respond to all my questions and provided the options available. Our garage door issue has been resolved on the day I called. Thank you very much Precision. Will always recommend your company.

Your Daniel Flores was very very professional. He answered all my questions and inspected my mechanism and gave me a referral for future repairs. Spoke very articulate and I was impressed by his profile. The profile image is a must I think every company should do that. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for hiring this young man.

Daniel F from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a great job replacing a broken torsion spring and replacing other worn items on my garage door. He clearly reviewed repair options with itemized prices that I could easily decide on and pick. He took extra time to make sure the new spring was correct for the weight of the door. Now it seems to open and close smoothly, better than before. Thank you!
