For both the estimate and the installation, the Precision Door workers communicated when they would arrive and arrived on time. The estimator/salesman (Damian) was very helpful, friendly, and promptly responded to follow-up questions. At the installation of the door, Malik and Paul were absolute professionals. They did great work and were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the performance of Precision Door on the purchase and installation of a new double door with a new wall-mounted belt opener, which is amazingly quiet.

I just used Precision for the second time and their responsiveness and service was supurb! I called on a Sunday for a potential problem and they had a technician (Tyler) at my home the following day. My motor and chain drive was failing and within 90 minutes I had a brand new unit installed that operates better than the original. Team Precision Door, I'd like to express my appreciation with the professionalism provided by Malik and Paul with this afternoon's installation of my new garage door. Today was a COLD one, 18 degrees with a wind chill of -5 at times and Malik and Paul did not miss a beat. Both are specialists at their trade, from disassembly to the build of the new door. They were polite, respectful and informative throughout the process. When the job was complete, they provided a run down of the work performed and a system check to include programing of the new remote. On top of that, they did an excellent clean up job.
