Jessie P. from Precision Garage Doors serviced my garage door today. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and left the space neat and clean; he explained what he was doing, and gave me options before beginning. What more can you ask? I would recommend Precision without doubt. They have performed other services here in the past with the same result.

The process was easy to schedule a technician to come out. Isaac was great. He contacted me to let me know he could be here earlier than scheduled if I’d like, which was fine. He was thorough in explaining the issue with my springs and wires, one of which had snapped, which was the reason for the service call. He explained the process and gave me options for the repair. I would definitely recommend Precision!

I took advantage of the Precision free technician visit e-mail offer and received excellent service. One of my garage doors had become quite difficult to lift. The technician Isaac W. called ahead, arrived promptly, analyzed the situation, and prepared a proposal with cost quotation for my approval. After fixing the problem he showed me what the problem had been.

Honestly we chose Precision because the company that installed our overhead doors in the first place would not call us back after a couple times of calling them. So I went online and saw Precision. Our expert mechanic Matt was very kind, knowledgeable and quick. Anyone! Please do not hesitate to call this company for your needs.

Anthony was great on all levels one might hope to expect from any servicing technician that visits your home. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional, would probably best describe Anthony. He also made me feel welcome to call in case any problems should arise. This is my second time calling Precision (completely different garage door issues) and I would say both technicians were aces, leaving me in good hands. Trustworthy company, really great crew.

Easy and pleasant to work with from beginning to end. Easy to schedule and work with. I had a door motor replaced. I was offered a number options at various price points and I found a combination that worked for me. Isaac, the installer, was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He clearly was on top of his game. If every small business was this good, the world would be a better place.

Hi, I am very satisfied with the replacement of two doors and all the associated equipment Angel Mattia removed and installed all in a very professional way. Perfect seal on all 4 sides and level with the floor setback. Angel never stopped working until job was complete. Explained how to operate the new system very well. Good man. Jeffrey and Theresa were also very professional in helping me select the new system. Bob

From the moment I called until Anthony the tech left they were amazing. Emailed all updates. Anthony the tech called and said what time he was coming. He was early and after looking at the issues he jumped right in and was so positive from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with and I absolutely would have no hesitation calling Precision again or recommending them to someone.

My technician Matt was professional, smart, and I felt as if he had my best interests as a customer at heart. Anecdotally he's a super nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. I'm a novice home owner and to garage door openers and I felt educated about my system and what needed to get done to fix the issue. 10/10 would recommend Precision, Matt and the team.
