I called Precision Door because they promised same day service. Unfortunately, they were completely booked. However, because they could not come the same day, they did not charge me for the service call as stated on their website. Imagine that, a business that actually keeps its promise. Rick, the service technician could not have been more courteous or professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair, explaining what he was doing the entire time. In addition to the repair, he performed some preventive maintainance and now my garage door works as good as new. I will call Precision Door for any work that needs to be done on my garage door in the future and recommend them to my friends.

OK - just had a service call and the technician was helpful and knowledgeable and never once did I feel like I was being pressured into anything, etc.,. Ended up needing and ordering 2 new doors which will be done in a few weeks so will review that then but the service call and the technician deserve 5 stars (Rick Coleman)

On May22,2017 I had a new garage door installed my installers were Dave and Miles. They did a great job. While they installed the door I asked questons they answered them all. The worked efficently . They were very nice and friendly. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone.

Broken springs were replaced today. I am pleased with the service your company provided, from scheduling the appointment by Amber to prompt next-day service by technician Rick C. As I was told, he called before coming within the time frame I was given. He was very courteous, informative, and obviously skilled in his diagnostic and repair work. He was very receptive to answering my questions. He is an asset to your company -- well trained, competent and attentive to customer satisfaction. His professionalism mirrors that of the management of your company. Vince DiGerolamo did a rebuild on my garage door. I was very happy with the service. Vincent called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, explained the work needed and various options. Vincent also noticed and repaired damage to my door that I had not noticed myself. I felt the pricing was fair, and I would be happy to call on Precision again for service in the future.

Vince D, the Service Supervisor, came to the house to do the estimate for a "new garage door and opener." He was not a salesman; he looked at the situation and gave us what WE needed. One of the first things he told us was that we didn't need the door (which two other companies had tried to sell us on). His repair/replacement of the existing door's hardware vs a new door saved us $800. He explained everything in great detail so we knew what we were buying and then spent all the time we needed after install to understand how the new door opener/remotes/keypads all operated. One of my top 3 best sales/installation experiences.

Vince the garage door tech arrived promptly at the agreed time. Friendly and curtious. He explained to me the basic workings of the garage door and what needed to be replace. He gave me options on the service. After the work was done he showed me the new materials installed and tested the garage door. It works much smoother and works great!

I was looking online for a company to fix our garage doors and came upon Precision. I liked all the positive reviews so thought I'd give them a try. We had 2 doors and each had its own problem. The guys arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. One door needed repair and the other needed a whole new opener. They did the job on the spot. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely use them in the future.
