I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". Tech, Matt L. went all over parts including disassembling motor unit to make sure he could identity problem. Ultimately had to replace unit.
