Door install went ok. 2nd tech showed up hours later and a 3rd guy sat in my driveway on the cell phone most of the day, it was a manager who never introduced himself to a paying customer...RUDE. 3 of the insulation panels had kinks in them and the installation tech told me that he made a note of it and someone would get back to me to put them in....that was months ago still no body has called or showed up to replace the insulation panels. Fast to ask for the 2nd payment of the job and then they forget you if it's a warranty item. My advice if there's anything wrong with the doors when they show up after the install...dont pay the 2nd half of the payment until all work and materials are installed and see how fast then they come back. I paid 3400 for this job so I expected perfect materials as promised....next time shop around.

Your service technician Jessie came back today to replace the remote he removed yesterday from the front of the garage. He did it without complaint or lecture. I appreciate that. I don't appreciate your third-rate advertising jingle when put on hold. I don't need to hear over and over and over how I can trust Precision.

Anthony was great, arrived right on time, surveyed the situation and got right to work fixing it. The door was making a lot of clanging and banging noise, particularly when it was on the way down. He found the reason for it, went out to the truck, and fixed it in a short period of time. Now it works like it used to when he they installed it in April. He also explained exactly why it was making those noises so I would know. That's important to me. I am very happy now that my garage door has been restored to the way it used to be.Thanks, Anthony! Texted me the name and face of Luke, my installation man. Luke showed in truck with EVERYTHING he could need for a one-time installation project. Gave me fair project estimates, did the job in record time, provided outstanding warrantees and pleasant personality. YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME & MONEY BY NOT USING Precision Garage Door Service. Precision's website gave me a feeling that it was a professional outfit. It showed that the company has seriousness to it, more meat than the meat-color. My door problems were diagnosed to be due to bad pulleys and rollers. While I accepted that but I rejected the sparse three month warranty on the installation. After discussion the company gave me the desired one year warranty. Jared was professional. Let's see how the work holds. I recommend that the company give at least one year warranty on all parts.

We chose Precision because they had such good customer reviews. They scheduled our visit quickly at our convenience. We have a 2 car garage but only had 1 garage door opener (that was 19 years old). Prices were reasonable including installation so we decided to purchase 2 belt drive units and they are much more quiet than our previous unit and working out great. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

About 7 months ago we had major work performed on both garage doors by Precision. Our experience was outstanding. On Friday 7/20 one of the safety eye wires became disconnected. It was 5:45PM and we called the office. The office answered promptly and made sure we understood what we needed to do to lower the door in a safe manner. The service person told us Rick C. would arrive Saturday between 2 & 4PM & would call 30 minutes before arrival. Rick called as promised and arrived on time. He spent time explaining what needed to be adjusted and then completed the work to our satisfaction. Rick was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any and all work needed. Rick serves as an excellent example of Precision’s customer oriented philosophy.

If we could give a ten star rating to Precision, we certainly would! Jesse was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and technically proficient. He explained in detail what was needed to repair our garage door cables, springs, and other mechanics. As an aside, the day before, a flying spring had crashed next to my husband. It could have resulted in a possible fatality. Jesse strongly recommended checking the equipment periodically for safety's sake. Since we will be selling our home soon, we will transfer Precision's warranty to the new owners to keep them safe. The sticker is posted under the garage door opener! Thank you Precision!

We had our garage doors installed in February and had several issues with the new guy installing it. The noise was louder than our original doors and he had to come back twice. Fast forward to months later and one of the doors would keep opening when I tried to close it. I placed a call yesterday and was told someone would call me back to set up a service appointment. No one called me so I called back today. I played phone tag and got transferred to several people. One woman tried to play up the fact the sensor is super sensitive and I felt like we were being discouraged from having a tech come out. Thankfully Rick was sent today and fixed this issue. He was knowledgeable and spent time correcting the mistakes the installer made. One of the panels was crooked, the trim was being scraped because something wasn’t done during install and the track was very noisy. Rick fixed all of this. I’m happy with the tech but feel like it’s such a hassle to get through to anyone and have them care.
