Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service. Was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Fix was completed within 30 minutes and performed the annual maintenance service on the door at the same time. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Dan came within 24 hours and fixed my broken cables and replaced other parts. The communication was excellent with a company and with him. He is a gem. They are lucky to have him working for them. It was quick and easy. One star less for the cost. What we are held hostage when our garage door won’t open and we are at risk of it falling.

I selected Precision to solve an overhead garage door issue based on many reviews. The technician was very thorough and personable. However, after a number of conversations with the motor vendor, nothing could be found to explain the periodic problem of the door stopping on the way down. Since the door was 20 years old, I asked that the rollers be replaced, thinking that one or more may have hung up causing the problem. The technician replaced the rollers in less than 10 minutes. It's been 3 weeks now with no issues. The only reasom I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought the price charged was somewhat high.
