to start with Matt came out to go over the different door options that were available to me and what works best for me. Very knowledgeable about this product. made my decision very easy. Just a slight downfall was notification to the customer of when the product was ordered and when it would be in. Malik, who came to install the door, professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable and super fast. That guy is amazing.

Daniel was an outstanding technician and representative for Precision. He contacted me prior to arrival. He ask questions about my garage door problem and inspected the door and opener.
