I was having an issue with my garage door opening and closing. Not knowing who to turn to or who to trust I looked on the internet. I was immediately impressed with the fact that not only was I able to speak with a LIVE person, Precision had stellar reviews, quick appointments and bios on the technicians. I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". In fact, it was very obvious that Brian CARED about me as customer and CARED about the quality of his work. My garage door is working problem free now. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer. Brian serviced my garage door. I received a call prior to his arrival and it was within the times given to me when I scheduled the appointment. My garage door opener was not working and he informed me of the problems. He was prompt, respectful and worked diligently to repair my door. In addition, I needed new springs, rollers, and cables. He also took the time to reprogram my other remote door openers. He checked my husband's opener, added safety cables for the springs and loosened the belt to hopefully avoid the same problem from happening to his opener. He followed up on the service and we have been pleased with the job that was completed so far.
