Hello, my name is Jesse. I am a family man at heart. I have a beautiful baby boy, who just turned two, whom I enjoy spending my time off with and visiting my mom, as much as I can. I originally grew up in Rockland County, New York, but now reside in Orange County, New York. Some of my other interests are eating healthy, working out ( love to run) and cooking. In the warmer months, I also always enjoy having my own garden to tend to. I love the company I work for and everyone I interact with. Additionally, I am a perfectionist, so I never want to leave a customer dissatisfied.

This was a bad week for me. First, the quick passing storm (likely a mini-tornado) demolished numerous VERY large trees on my property. A few days later, unrelated to the storm, my garage door failed. The people at the first company I spoke with seemed rather inexperienced, and wanted several days to order the parts. Then I contacted Precision. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The tech Jesse P is great. He quickly understood the problem, and gave me options on the service to be done, even correcting an issue from a previous door company years ago. All the parts were with him, and he completed the job within a couple of hours. Everything is working properly now.

Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card. Afterword I spoke with the neighbor who gave great review of the service as well as the competence and politeness of the tech man. So I decided to give Precision a call. I never expected to get a service call so quickly, Jesse was there within the hour. He was abslutely great, he was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. He serviced my doors completely. I'll definitely be spreading the good news. Thanks again and a special thanks to Jesse.

Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.

This was the second time Jesse has helped us. We purchased a new garage door opener with camera and remotes. Jesse was very helpful and patient. He called when he was on his way and he was here about an hour. I would highly reccomend Precision to anyone and Jesse is just the best.

Technician was courteous and concise.. he told me what was wrong I had broken springs and frayed cables he replaced everything within an hour and a half response time was fantastic work was fantastic if I ever have another problem which I hope I don't I will definitely contact precision door and request Jesse specifically... Jesse was able to come earlier than the window of time offered (which was helpful to us). He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was completed properly. When I saw the invoice after workman left it was odd to see 100% of job cost allocated to materials and 0% to labor. I imagine the installation is built into the materials cost (not inexpensive). Happy to get job done.
