Hello, my name is Jesse. I am a family man at heart. I have a beautiful baby boy, who just turned two, whom I enjoy spending my time off with and visiting my mom, as much as I can. I originally grew up in Rockland County, New York, but now reside in Orange County, New York. Some of my other interests are eating healthy, working out ( love to run) and cooking. In the warmer months, I also always enjoy having my own garden to tend to. I love the company I work for and everyone I interact with. Additionally, I am a perfectionist, so I never want to leave a customer dissatisfied.

Highly recommend this company. Received an appointment within a day. Excellent communication, received confirmation texts re appointment from Ryan and a follow up call the next day. Jesse called to say he would promptly arrive in 15 minutes. Explained to Jesse my garage doors were 20 years old, garage openers worked intermittently, lights not working, keypad was non responsive, noisy & slow on opening. Jesse was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all my options, had all the issues fixed in 20 minutes. Absolute pleasure to deal with Jesse and this company. The technician was on time, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair our dislocated track because it had been attached to concrete, He explained that we needed a contractor with specialized tools to do repair properly. Because he was unable to repair he also said there would be no charge. I will definitely call again if future work is needed.

Jesse the technician was knowledgeable and patient, a pleasure to deal with. The prices for repairs are very, very high. I was in a bind because I took the day off from work to get the job done, but I’ll never use Precision again.

Our seven year old garage door (not a Precision door or installation) never really functioned correctly. When it was raised or lowered it sounded as if the entire thing might come crashing to the floor. More recently when lowered the door would rack in the track and seem to be sticking along as it closed. Our technician was Jesse. He is excellent. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He sized up the problem immediately, explained two options of repair to us (each with very fair pricing) and once we selected an option, he started work. Within an hour he was finished and the door works better than it ever has. Great work! We're very pleased with the entire experience with Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone. A high quality organization.
