Luke Stachura and helper Chris did a fantastic job today! Not only did they arrive early (basically unheard-of these days), but they were attentive and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few!) and walked through my options in a non-pressured way. I am also super impressed with Precision’s services that were “ancillary” to today’s visit—prompt, frequent, informative texts confirming my appointment and tracking technician arrival time, and quick connection to a human being when I called (just yesterday!) to make an appointment. I called for a minor warranty repair/adjustment. The technician, Luke, came when he said he would. He explained what the problem was and how he would correct it. Did the adjustment in 10-15 minutes and was on his way. He was courteous, competent, and VERY professional. In fact I find your entire organization very professional.
