Great service, called at 7pm Friday and they were offering appts next day. Daniel arrived and accessed the situation. Nothing major but the springs,cable and rollers needed to be replaced. Gave me 3 reasonable price options and off to work he went. He finished the job in no time. I am a happy customer now that Daniel fixed my electric garage door. No more going through the side door, lol. Thanks Precision and Daniel of course.

Best investment in our home business! The new garage door is literally making our lives much easier with faster access. The door is so quiet and opens very smoothly. We are also extremely happy with the aesthetic. It is exactly what we wanted and our home alreay looks ten times better. The Precision team was wonderful, from the inquiry to the installation day. Malik and Paul were the team who did our installation and they were absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time, were courteous and took the time to explain to us how to operate the garage door and set up the opener on our phone App! The service I received was excellent. I spoke to customer service the woman was very polite, cheerful and professional. The serviceman I had was Issac. Issac was also professional, friendly, neat and very knowledgeable. He was prepared to get my garage door to working immediately. He was courteous and gave me different options to fit my financial needs. He explained everything that he did in terms that I could understand. Brian serviced my garage door. I received a call prior to his arrival and it was within the times given to me when I scheduled the appointment. My garage door opener was not working and he informed me of the problems. He was prompt, respectful and worked diligently to repair my door. In addition, I needed new springs, rollers, and cables. He also took the time to reprogram my other remote door openers. He checked my husband's opener, added safety cables for the springs and loosened the belt to hopefully avoid the same problem from happening to his opener. He followed up on the service and we have been pleased with the job that was completed so far.

I was having an issue with my garage door opening and closing. Not knowing who to turn to or who to trust I looked on the internet. I was immediately impressed with the fact that not only was I able to speak with a LIVE person, Precision had stellar reviews, quick appointments and bios on the technicians. I had never seen that before and it was quite comforting to me. I scheduled an appointment and the very next morning Brian Birchler arrived. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated how he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt pressured or as if he was simply there to "do a job". In fact, it was very obvious that Brian CARED about me as customer and CARED about the quality of his work. My garage door is working problem free now. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer. I would recommend Precision to anyone!!!!

Our two garage doors were not working properly. One had a broken mechanical arm and the other would stop multiple times while trying to either open or close it. I contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Sarah from Customer Service assisted me. She was polite and professional, and immediately scheduled a same day appointment. The speed with which that occurred was impressive. Luke called to tell me he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He immediately accessed the situation and took the time to explain our multiple problems in a courteous and professional manner. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He presented a few options and upon selecting the one suitable for us, completed all repairs with precision. We are very satisfied with his work at our house. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything worked correctly and that he answered every question we had. I will definitely use Precision again. This was a great experience.
