Excellent service! It was easy to book an appointment from the company website. Within minutes of booking my appointment for service, Isaac contacted me and let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived on time, assessed what I needed and provided me with several options. He then promptly installed a new garage door opener within the exact time that he quoted. He took his time in explaining and showing me all the details of the new opener and answered all of my questions. As always, excellent service! My light on my liftmaster wasn't working. Isaac came out to fix it for me and gave my garage door a checkup. Isaac did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. Isaac was, first off, very apologetic that my service call hadn’t been prioritized, as my car was stuck in the garage all day. He clearly explained the different options for repair and was honest as to the condition of the various moving parts. He completed the work quickly and neatly, and made sure to have me personally test the door before leaving.
