Best investment in our home business! The new garage door is literally making our lives much easier with faster access. The door is so quiet and opens very smoothly. We are also extremely happy with the aesthetic. It is exactly what we wanted and our home alreay looks ten times better. The Precision team was wonderful, from the inquiry to the installation day. Malik and Paul were the team who did our installation and they were absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time, were courteous and took the time to explain to us how to operate the garage door and set up the opener on our phone App! Brian Birchler the garage door specialist at Precision, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The services provided for installation of a pre-purchased garage door opener were excellent. The garage door opener was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. Mr. Birchler took the time to provide a complete tutorial on the operation of the garage door opener and even assisted in pairing the opener with my automobile and cellphone. My expectations were met above and beyond. They also provided quick scheduling for the installation to be done. I highly recommend the services provided by Precision.

He did not pressure me into any choices. He was friendly, and showed considerable expertise in his work, and showed me how to fix one of my other garage doors. He was friendly and considerate. I only dealt with Brian with the repair of a snapped spring. But on reading all the reviews I totally agree with everyone's comments. Brian notified me he was on his way a little earlier and ask if that was OK. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and courteous. He looked over the problem made suggestions and gave me options as well as what he would recommend. He gave me estimates on the different options with no pressure as to what I would like to have done. He also told me the approximate time it will take to complete the job. When he finished the repair he showed and explained all he did and how to maintain it. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely would recommend Precision.

One of our garage door openers is quite elderly - at least 30 years I'd guess. Unexpectedly the chain that lowers the door came off its track & so the door did not close properly. We had no idea why this happened. The next morning we called Overhead Garage Door & they were able to send a technician out within an hour, Isaac Ward. He found a trouble spot where the elderly door (creased years ago by an accident before we bought the house) was riding too hard against its track, causing resistance which led to the chain coming loose. He quickly & thoroughly made the proper adjustments, reattached the chain, and got everything working better than before. Friendly, excellent professional service.

Hi, I called on a Sunday night to report my garage door was not working due to the breaking of the springs. My husband is invalid and I need to take him for therapy 3 times a week. I needed someone to come over and fix the problem so I could get out and take my husband for therapy. The lady was very nice. She said I could send someone on Monday, between 10am and 12pm. That was great. Brian came in promptly at 10AM, assessed the problem, gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price, the door was fixed within the hour. Brian was very professional. I paid him in full, and he sent me the invoice by E-mail. Great job.

The process was easy to schedule a technician to come out. Isaac was great. He contacted me to let me know he could be here earlier than scheduled if I’d like, which was fine. He was thorough in explaining the issue with my springs and wires, one of which had snapped, which was the reason for the service call. He explained the process and gave me options for the repair. Dan the installer was excellent, he did a great job on the installation of the opener, and replacement of the springs, rollers and associated cables. The opener works great and is very quiet.
