The service I received was excellent. I spoke to customer service the woman was very polite, cheerful and professional. The serviceman I had was Issac. Issac was also professional, friendly, neat and very knowledgeable. He was prepared to get my garage door to working immediately. We badly needed to have our garage door repaired or replaced. I called a different company and they took over 2 weeks to stop by for my "free" estimate. They then mailed me a bill for $108. I called a 2nd company and scheduled a time for an estimate. They never showed up. Twice. Then I called Precision Door Services. They set up my appointment immediately and followed up with texts and emails to confirm. Every person I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Competitive pricing and great communication. When the day came for our installation, Isaac called with 30 minutes notice and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.
